Terms of service

Using this website means agreeing to these. They are short because the shop is small and there is not much to say.

Orders and prices

• An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a sale when we accept it and pack it, not when you press the button.
• Prices include VAT and are in Bangladeshi taka.
• If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we cancel and tell you rather than substituting anything.
• A price shown wrongly is not a price we are held to, but we will always tell you before charging a different one.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. We will never ask you for it — not on the phone, not by email, not in a message. Anybody who does is not us.

Reviews

You keep what you wrote and we may show it on the product page with your first name and last initial. We read every review before it goes up and can decline one, but we do not edit what somebody wrote, and we never remove a review for being unkind about a product.

What we are responsible for

The things we sell you, and getting them to you. Not what a child does with a toy that is used outside the age band on its label, and not a courier delay caused by weather or a hartal — though we will chase either on your behalf.

Nothing here takes away a right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law. Where these terms and that law disagree, the law wins.
