Delivery

What it costs

• Standard — ৳80. 1–2 days inside Dhaka, 2–4 days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
• Express — ৳150. Next day inside Dhaka.
• Everything is delivered. There is no counter to collect from.

Standard delivery is free over ৳2,000. Express is not — it is a faster courier and somebody has to pay them, so it charges whatever the basket comes to.

How an order actually goes out

• You place the order. Nothing is charged at this point.
• We confirm payment — bKash, Nagad, card or cash to the courier at the door.
• We pack it and hand it to the courier. You get an email with the tracking number.
• It arrives. The return window opens the day it does.

Online payment is not connected yet, so "we confirm payment" means a person contacting you rather than a page that charges a card. Cash on delivery works exactly as it reads.

Dates on the product page are the courier’s working days and do not count Fridays or public holidays. An order placed on Thursday evening goes out on Saturday.
