These are the things we check before a product goes on the shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nothing smaller than a 35mm choke tube goes to a product marked 0\u20136m, 6\u201312m or 1\u20132y<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Wooden toys are sanded and finished with a water-based, food-safe coating<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Straps, zips and seams are pulled by hand before a bag is listed<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Fabrics are washed once before photography, so what you see has already been through a wash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-kp-callout wp-block-paragraph\">An age band on a product is a safety label, not a size. A toy marked 3\u20134y is marked that way because of what is inside it, and a small three-year-old should still not be given a 5\u20136y toy unsupervised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If something arrives wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tell us and send it back. &quot;Arrived damaged&quot; and &quot;Wrong item sent&quot; are two of the reasons on the return form, and neither costs you anything \u2014 a damaged item is not restocked, it is taken out of circulation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Everything here is meant to be chewed, dropped, dragged and washed.
