Next day inside Dhaka.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Everything is delivered. There is no counter to collect from.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-kp-callout wp-block-paragraph\">Standard delivery is free over \u09f32,000. Express is not \u2014 it is a faster courier and somebody has to pay them, so it charges whatever the basket comes to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How an order actually goes out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You place the order. Nothing is charged at this point.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We confirm payment \u2014 bKash, Nagad, card or cash to the courier at the door.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We pack it and hand it to the courier. You get an email with the tracking number.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>It arrives. The return window opens the day it does.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online payment is not connected yet, so &quot;we confirm payment&quot; means a person contacting you rather than a page that charges a card. Cash on delivery works exactly as it reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dates on the product page are the courier\u2019s working days and do not count Fridays or public holidays.
